Commercial glazing is the larger side of the business — storefronts, entrances, curtain wall, tenant fit-outs — but the same crews handle home window glass, fogged insulated units, shower enclosures and mirrors. It is the same measuring, ordering and glazing discipline at a smaller size, and we would rather do your house properly than send you elsewhere.

Yes. The emergency line is staffed around the clock, including weekends and holidays. Broken commercial glass is a security problem the moment it happens, and telling a business owner to wait until Monday is not a service. Call and you will reach someone who can get the opening secured.

We work out of Joppatowne and cover Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Harford, Howard, Prince George’s and Montgomery counties. If you are near the edge of that, call and ask rather than assuming — it usually depends on the size of the job and the schedule, not the mileage.

Usually just the glass. If the frame is straight, properly anchored and not corroded, we reglaze it and leave the frame alone — faster, less disruptive and less expensive. We replace the frame when it is bent, when the anchoring has failed, when parts are no longer obtainable, or when you are changing to a glass make-up the existing frame physically cannot hold. We will tell you which one you are looking at.

Same-day board-up may be available depending on location, timing and site conditions. After that it depends on the glass, not on our schedule. Clear tempered in common sizes is often a few days. Laminated, insulated units, tinted or coated glass and anything custom is fabricated to order and takes longer. That gap is fabrication time and no contractor can compress it much — but you will get a real date rather than a vague one.

No. A single broken pane in one storefront is a normal call for us, and so is a full glazing package on a new build. Small service work is how most long-term commercial relationships start, so it gets the same attention.

Every opening is different, so we measure before we quote rather than giving a number over the phone that changes later.
